Robin E. Bagby, DDS

Dr. Bagby did her undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Illinois, Urbana. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee, Memphis, in 1988. She practiced general dentistry in the Air Force until 1997, obtaining the rank of Major. She was awarded a post graduate degree from the Air Force at Wilford Hall/University of Texas, San Antonio in 1997.

She has practiced Endodontics in Roanoke, VA since 1999.

Dr. Bagby has one daughter, Kinsey, who is studying architecture in Connecticut. Dr. Bagby interests include photography, music, kayaking and bicycling.

Michael J. Mayerchak, DMD

Dr. Mayerchak did his undergraduate studies at the University of Kentucky and received the Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from the University of Louisville in 1988. Following graduation he entered the United States Air Force where his assignments included Korea, Japan and England. During his time in the Air Force, he received his specialty training in Endodontics from the University of Texas San Antonio/Wilford Hall Medical Center. He retired from the Air Force in 2010 and relocated to Roanoke to join Blue Ridge Endodontics.His outside activities include making sure his son Zachary and daughter Sarah make it to soccer practice and their other activities on time. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and attends St. John Lutheran Church.

Divya Sharma, BDS, MSD

Endodontist, BDS, MSD

Dr. Sharma received Certificate and Masters of Science in Endodontics from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. During two years of her residency and one year of fellowship at CWRU, she was involved in research, learned the latest concepts and techniques in the field of Endodontics. She also taught the undergraduate students and junior residents.

Her well-rounded training and use of latest equipments enabled Dr. Sharma to use a multidisciplinary approach for the treatment of her patients.

She is a member of the American Association of Endodontists and American Dental Association. Playing an active role in these professional organizations helps her to continually update and enhance her knowledge.

She is married and has 2 kids. She is an avid learner, enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Ashley

Office Administrator/Marketing Coordinator

Ashley has been with us since January 2015.  She works as a receptionist and has many years of customer service experience!  She has a husband named Mark, two daughters, Isabella and Olivia, and a fur baby boxer names Penlope.  Ashley enjoys what she does.  She loves meeting new people, making them laugh and seeing a new smile!

Dreama

Office Administrator

Joining our team in July of 2008, Dreama became an office administrator who also handles all our insurance claims.  She is married to Steve, they have one daughter named Sophie.  Dreama enjoys gardening, stained glass, and also visiting local vineyards.

Robin

Office Administrator

Employed since June of 2000, Robin has been a dedicated office administrator.  She is married to Steve and they have a son, Paul, who is currently working on his PhD in Computer Science and a daughter,  Keri, who is an Internal Auditor in Washington, D.C.  Robin enjoys church activities, traveling, walking and kayaking.

Dental Assistant

Jenny joined our team in November 2020. She is married to Joseph. They have a 4-year old cat named Ellie. Jenny loves spending time outdoors, at her church, at the beach and with her family and friends.

Hayley

Dental Assistant

Hayley has 3 years of dental experience at the time she joined the team. She enjoys live music, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

Kayla

Dental Assistant

Kayla joined our team as a Dental Assistant in August of 2022. She enjoys kayaking Virginia's rivers, entertaining friends, gardening, and spending time with her rescue pitbull, Greeley.

Kathryn

Dental Assistant

In May of 2014 Kathryn who is married to Mark, took on a part time position with us as a clinical assistant.  She and her husband had twin boys in 1994 and another son in 1997.  Kathryn loves a good book, classes at her gym, and also loves to golf with her family.

Kathy

Dental Assistant

Kathy joined our practice January of 2006 as a dental assistant. Kathy and her husband Craig were blessed with twin girls in 2011.  She most enjoys spending time with her family, especially hunting and fishing with her husband. Although raising twin girls occupies most of her time, she's passionate about dancing and loves to exercise when she can.

Christi

Dental Assistant

Starting our team in April of 2011 Christi became a dental assistant. She has one daughter named Sunday who was born in 2008.  Christi is passionate about working out, and spending a lot of time with her family and friends.

Cymric

Cymric joined our practice in May 2017. She is married to Todd, and between them they have two sons (Brandan and Christopher),and two daughters (Brittni and Grace). She is an active member of her church. In her free time she loves hanging out with her family, camping, and playing with her dog.
